To arrange a visit to your sports club for on-site dental impressions, please contact us on 07 3188 9477 and fill out the registration form below. We will work with you to schedule convenient dates and times.
On Sign-Up Day
On the day, our friendly dental staff will be at your club to meet with your players and take dental impressions for custom mouthguards. Payment is due on the day of the event, and health insurance rebates are available.
Making the Mouthguards
After the dental impressions are taken at your club, they are sent to our in-house laboratory where our technician will begin the process of creating your custom mouthguards.
Mouthguards are Ready for Collection!
When the mouthguards are ready, we will contact your club members to schedule an appointment at our Sunnybank Hills dental clinic for a professional fitting. During this appointment, we will check and adjust the mouthguards to ensure a proper and comfortable fit.
